Biography

Kyle brings clarity to real estate litigation. His mission-driven approach defines every matter the firm takes on: trial-ready mindset, focused strategy, and disciplined execution.

Kyle represents tenants and homeowners in real estate disputes—especially cases involving unsafe housing, construction defects, and landlord misconduct. He draws on experience at both the trial and appellate levels.

Before founding Ryman Litigation, Kyle practiced at a nationally recognized trial boutique, where he was regularly sought out for case strategy, dispositive motions, and appeals. Prior to entering private practice, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Don R. Willett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas.

Kyle graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served in the Supreme Court Clinic and as an Articles Editor of the Texas Law Review.

Before becoming a lawyer, Kyle served as an Infantry Officer (Ranger-qualified) in the U.S. Army. He commanded three companies and deployed twice to Afghanistan—first as a Pathfinder Platoon Leader, then as Aide-de-Camp to the Deputy Commanding General for Operations of the 101st Airborne Division. Kyle later led a mechanized infantry company during a nine-month deployment to Korea.

Kyle is a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger School and the Maneuver Captain’s Career Course. His military awards include the Bronze Star Medal (1 Oak Leaf Cluster) and the Meritorious Service Medal (1 Oak Leaf Cluster).
